Silver Mine Subs was established in Colorado in 1996 by two young guns with the vision of providing healthy, premium, sub sandwiches to the people of Colorado.  Their business idea was to be a healthy alternative to fast food and provide service to the late night crowd by serving until 3am.  Thinking outside the bun and taco, Silver Mine Subs offers more than just your average sub sandwich.  Silver Mine has more than meets the eye by offering more than 20 different items including; subs, soups, chilli, salads, drinks and deserts.  They have something for every type of eater.
